$527 per player not including any extra nights or rounds. You will also pay $50.00 to Aaron as you check in to the Welcome Meeting on Friday morning. This charge covers all winnings outside Calcutta such as Closest to the Pin, Flight Finishes and Bobblehead prizes.
Payment Instructions:
All payments are to be made online via our secure payment link with one exception. Scratchers and Hackers 2024 event will include a base package of 3 nights. If you are planning to stay additional nights please call us at (931)456-7617 so we can quote your scenario and collect payment over the phone. For all participants just staying the base package of 3 nights, again all payments are to be made online and phone payments will not be accepted. Minimum of 3 nights, 4 rounds, and 2 lunches are included and may not be deducted, however we do have a rate for non-golfers. Online payment instructions are below:
Step 1: Depending on if your occupancy (total roommates per condo) will be 2, 3, 4 participants per condo will dictate your base price. Determine the occupancy of your condo based on scenarios below and this will be your starting point:
4 participants per condo
Participants Playing Golf: $527 per person Non-Golfer Participants: $284 per person
3 participants per condo
Participants Playing Golf: $613 per person Non-Golfer Participants: $370 per person
2 participants per condo
Participants Playing Golf: $786 per person Non-Golfer Participants: $543 per person
Step 2: Pricing above covers base package of 3 nights, 2 lunches, and 4 rounds for golfers. All taxes and fees are included. If you and any other parties you are paying for are not playing any practice rounds, above pricing is your final price and you may proceed to step 3.
If you are planning to play practice rounds on Wednesday and/or Thursday, add $72 PER PLAYER PER ROUND. For example, if the total practice rounds played in you and any other parties you are paying for is 2 rounds, you would add $144 to figures in Step 1.
Step 3: Before proceeding to payment link in Step 4, be prepared to enter detailed notes on payment page of your scenarios, who you are paying for, etc. Also, please review terms and conditions of payments below:
By making payment online, each individual agrees to terms and conditions agreed upon between Bertram Golf Packages LLC and group coordinators.

1. Fields with a red asterisk are required to be filled out as follows:
-Top of Page Payment Amount: Enter exact amount you will be paying based on the amount of golfer(s) versus non-golfer(s) you will be paying for as well as any practice rounds in addition to base price.
-Group Leaders Name: Enter “Mike Flowe” or “Scratchers and Hackers” so we know which group to allocate payment towards.
-Check-In Date: 5/24/24
2. If you are paying for other participants in addition to yourself, you must include names of each individual you are paying for and their participation status in the “Notes to Bertram Golf Packages LLC” field. If you are only paying for yourself, simply enter your own name in this field. Examples of proper format to enter in notes:
Single Payer – “Payment for John Smith – Golfer”
Multiple Participants Payer – “Payment for John Smith – Golfer and Jane Smith – Non Golfer. In other words, simply enter all names of participants you are paying for and identify each as “golfer” or “non-golfer”.
3. Also in “Notes to Bertram Golf Packages LLC” field, provide explanation of practice rounds. Examples: “Johns Smith 2 practice rounds, Jane Smith no practice rounds”
4. Receipts. Receipts cannot be manually sent to you from Bertram Golf Packages so we ask participants to please not call or email requesting receipts. However, our online payment system will automatically email you a copy of your receipt as long as you enter a valid email address under the “Billing Details” segment of the pay link.
